I'm Debra Wein and I've been in the Real Estate Industry for almost 28 years, starting in the Massapequa, Seaford area of Long Island, New York. I was the office's Top Agent for the first 4 years as a salesperson, then became a manager and trainer for our area's top independent office. I then decided to get my Real Estate Broker's license and open an office of my own.

I have also served on the Arbitration Panel and worked on the mediation committee for the Long Island Board of Realtors.

My office was staffed with 22 agents plus a secretarial team and we grew to be the fastest growing independent company in our area. We were quickly in first place and held that position. After many years, I decided to come to Florida to be closer to my family. I sold my office and made the move.

Since in Florida, I have been one of the Top Agents in offices of 60+ agents, and have won awards each year for Outstanding Sales.

After all these years, I still love what I do, and love doing for others. I am blessed to be in a business that I find so rewarding. I give it my all & will give all I can to my Clients and Customers.
